Resin Screeds
Resin-based screeds are used to create a controlled slope (fall) in the subfloor, directing liquids safely toward drainage points. Applied at a thickness of 2–9mm, the screed combines polyurethane or polymer resin
with kiln-dried quartz sand, producing a high-strength, chemical-resistant surface. Screeds are laid prior to the final resin finish and are critical for preventing stagnant water — a common source of bacterial growth.
Integrated Drainage
Our flooring systems incorporate high-performance drainage channels and gullies, securely embedded into the substrate and set flush with the surface for efficient liquid removal. In hygiene-sensitive environments
such as food and beverage production, we typically use stainless steel drainage systems. Once the resin finish is applied, the floor-to-drain junction is sealed with a flexible, chemical-resistant compound

Coved Skirting
